Mark Zilberman, LCSW is VERY experienced at this. We are trained and licensed to deal with problems of mental illness, mental retardation, alcoholism and substance abuse. These are problems of the young and old alike. They present with many problems and they call for pragmatic action. GCM’s who deal these kinds of problems are few in number.
